网上下的XP，不刻盘怎么安装？

从网上下了系统，不想去刻盘，有别的安装方法吗？
有的话希望可以给个教程之类的！

推荐你使用硬盘来安装雨林木风Ghost Winxp2 装机版Y3.5[正式版]

下载：

（找到YLMF_XP2_Y3.5.iso(Ghost_WinXP Y3.5 装机版)）

下载后，用虚拟光驱（光盘TOOLS目录里有）加载ISO,生成虚拟光盘，运行光盘启动第二项“Windows下恢复Ghost系统到C盘”即可！它会自动完全删除C盘，然后恢复到C盘，恢复Ghost大概是7分钟，加上驱动程序安装，一共只要10多分钟！非常快，此系统优化过，安全可靠！

看是什么类型的文件,如果是RAR或ISO文件的话,你就把它在DOS下拷到硬盘里面,然后在DOS下执行安装就OK了!

有，先解压到一个文件夹（放在C盘以后的分区）。
在DOS下安装。
