此问题与笔记本品牌无关,也不是病毒.
解决方法
1.在QQ安装目录下删除或重命名 npkcrypt.sys / npkcrypt.vxd / npkcusb.sys 这三个文件。（注意，删除文件前请先关闭QQ）
2.单击“开始” >> “运行” >> 输入“regedit”（不含双引号）打开注册表编辑器，定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Enum-USB
展开选择每个Vid_开头的键，在右侧的窗口查看是否有包含“npckusb”字样的内容，如果有则将它的主键删除，相当于删除其“文件夹”,删除的方法：首先设置主键的权限为every one 允许 “完全控制”,再将主键删除（即Vid_开头的“文件夹”）.
注意在注册表中查找npckusb是找不到的,只能一个一个展开自己找,有些笔记本有2个CurrentControlSet,即CurrentControlSet01,CurrentControlSet02.2个都要找~~~
3.卸载USB键盘的驱动程序,在控制面板-键盘里
4.拔下USB键盘重新启动电脑
5.由于键盘加密控件相关文件已被删除，因此QQ会检测到键盘加密控件被破坏，从而登录界面上有相应的提示，这并非木马所致。你可按照提示，使用软键盘输入登录。
