关于WORD的问题，急！！！

解决时间：2007-8-5 15:57一直用office2003。别人用过一次后，word/ppt/excel/access2003均被损坏，表现为：
点击打开后，出现“正在准备安装”的字样；
接着，为“windows正在设置microsoft office professional edition 2003,请稍后。正在收集所需信息”；
之后，出现新窗口“无法访问你要使用的功能所在的网络位置。可选择‘确定’或‘取消’。（下一行出现）可以在下面的框中键入其他包含安装程序包Pro11.mis的路径”，最底行要求浏览使用源；
若点击“确定”后出现新窗口“无法找到路径”及一大段文字；
若点击“取消”，出现新窗口“错误1706。安装程序找不到需要的文件。”及一段文字；点击此窗口的“确定”后，最初的窗口关闭，出现另一窗口，字样为“快捷方式存在问题 （转行为）安装时发生严重错误”。
于是，我下载了一个office2003sp2的更新，可安装之后仍旧出现儒商的窗口。最终弹出对话框，为“无法应用该更新。”
因为电脑里有很多重要文档，又不致问题到底出在什么地方/如何才更最大程度最安全的修复，在下很是着急。敬请好心人拔刀相助。 问题补充：重新下载了一个，还是用不了，出现同样的问题。
