不用的进程去服务和注册表(msconfig)里删掉
一般以下这13个是必备的，我就这13个，上网，玩游戏都没问题
csrss.exe :Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem,客户端服务子系统，用以控制
Windows图形相关子系统。
ctfmon.exe:可以选择用户文字输入程序，和微软Office XP语言条(这个真正不想要，也可以关)
explore.exe :
