最好是不用软件
通过命令来实现定时开机
关机命令为shutdown -s -t 0
我要开机命令
如果实在没有就找个好用的软件
提供得网址要没有病毒
若有病毒格杀勿论

哦~~~好不容易给你找到了！
1.开机按DELETE进入CMOS设置|！
2.选中POWER MANDGEMENT SETUP(电源管理)
3.按回车~~~选中WAKEUP EVENT SETUP(唤醒时间设置)
4.回车~~选中RESUME BY RTCALARM
5.按PAGEDOWN ,把默认值DISABLED 改为ENABLED|！这时会激活下面两项~~
6.分别为DATE(OF MONTH)
TIME(HH:MM:SS)ALARM
7. 前者为日期设置|！选几就是几号！
后者是时间了当然~~~H是几点~~~M是分钟~~~够了~~~
还有~~~5分真少！！
