我该怎样才不样它出现啊，拜托各为了．谢谢  最佳答案 系统启动时会加载很多文件，一般来说只需将其他正常电脑的该文件复制粘贴到指定位置即可， 但你这个helpctr.exe并不是windows系统自己的,而可能是某个软件或者病毒的一部分，这样的话，其他正常机器就不会有这个文件，就不能采用前面说的办法。
解决办法
解决办法有两个思路，一个是修复这个文件，让它能够正运行；另一个是不让它系统调用他运行，这样系统就不会报错。
1、升级杀毒软件到最新，查杀病毒，已确定该文件不是病毒的一部分。
2、想办法确定该文件是那个软件的文件，重装该软件就可修复该错误。
3、运行msconfig或瑞星卡卡，找到启动项，删除其中不正常的启动项，这样系统就不调用该文件。
