     性病性淋巴肉芽肿又名第四性病，是第一代性病之一，其病原体最近被认为是沙眼衣原体，主要通过性接触传播，偶尔经污染或实验意外传播。有生殖器初疮、局部淋巴结病、晚期象皮肿和直肠狭窄等并发症。因化学疗法广泛开发，该病目前已及罕见。
　　
　　【诊断】
　　
    1.有不洁性交史，潜伏期7-10日。
　　
    2.早期为外生殖器水疱，糜烂与溃疡，1-4周后可见腹股沟淋巴结肿大，男性有“槽沟征”，多数瘘管似“喷水壶状”，愈后有瘢痕。女性可发生直肠周围炎，晚期出现象皮肿及直肠狭窄。
　　
    3.发生淋巴结时，可有寒战、高热及关节痛等全身症状。
　　
    4.病理改变为淋巴结有星状脓肿。
　　
    5.补体结合试验于感染4周后呈阳性反应，滴度1：64以上。
　　
    6.组织培养，可分离出衣原体（L1，L2及L3血清型）。
　　
    7.PCR检测衣原体DNA阳性。
