　　阴囊湿疹是由于多种内外因素引起的，急性期以阴囊丘疹、糜烂、渗出为主，慢性期以表皮肥厚和苔藓样变为主的一种瘙痒性皮肤病。本病发病以青壮年为多，以夏秋发病率为高。

　　中医文献对本病的病因病机及症状有许多论述。如《诸病源候论·虚劳阴疮候》曰：“肾荣于阴器，肾气虚，不能制津液，则汗湿，虚则风邪所乘，邪客腠理，而正气不泄，邪正相干，在于皮肤，故痒，搔之则生疮。”明代陈实功在《外科正宗》一书中首次将本病命名为“肾囊风”，指出“肾囊风，乃肝经风湿而成”。由此看来不论风湿、虚风均为致病之因。肾囊即阴囊，阴囊乃盛精之所。风热之邪侵于肝经，循经郁于前阴，湿热之邪循经下注，在素体阴血不足、肾气亏虚之体更易引发本病，精室受扰，就会发生遗精。

　　此类遗精主要由阴囊瘙痒引起，如系过敏反应引起当注意脱离过敏原。中医药外治临床效果较好，
