阿马坦组出现急性期不良反应的比例为15.2%，舒马坦组为19.4%。Spierings博士等指出，“治疗相关性不良反应的总发生率分别为9.1%和15.5%；其中胸痛的发生率分别为0.3%和2.2%。”
