性状：片剂。
功能主治：可用于马来丝虫病和班氏丝虫病的治疗。此外，尚可用于哮喘。
用法及用量：1.一般用法：成人１次0.2g。１日３次，连服７日，疗效较好。2.大剂量短程疗法：治马来丝虫病可用本品1.5g,１次顿服或于１日内分２次服。治班氏丝虫病总量3g，于２-3日内分服完。本法不良反应较重。3.预防：于流行区按每日每千克体重５-６ｍｇ服药，服６-７日。或按上量每周或每月服１日，直至每千克体重总量达70-90mg为止。4.治哮喘１日量每千克体重10mg。
不良反应和注意：1.药物本身可引起头痛、乏力、关节痛、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。此外，由于消灭大量丝虫（尤其是马来丝虫）后释出异性蛋白，尚可引起畏寒、发烧、皮疹、关节肌肉酸痛、哮喘等过敏反应，严重者可给予复方乙酰水杨酸片及抗过敏药。2.几日后由于成虫死亡，尚可出现局部淋巴结炎及淋巴管炎。3.偶可引起脑病、盘尾丝虫病引起的失明等。
