从日前在沈阳召开的全国残疾人社区康复工作会议上获悉，为实现2015年残疾人“人人享有康复服务”目标，我国将把残疾人社区康复融入国家社区建设和基层卫生服务之中。

　　中国残联理事长汤小泉在会上指出，社区康复简单易行，经济有效，适应我国残疾人数量大、分布广、经济条件有限的状况，是将康复工作扎根基层，推进“人人享有康复服务”目标实现的主要途径。

　　据悉，我国在今后几年内将实施把残疾人社区康复站（点）建设纳入区域卫生规划，依托基层卫生机构建立残疾人社区康复站（点）；鼓励社会力量兴办残疾人康复机构，为其提供方便，给予支持；发挥区域康复服务体系的整体作用；整合资源，加大投入，促进残疾人社区康复机构建设等措施。
