调查15例腹泻病人的发病情况，分析年龄、疾病的严重程度，鼻饲饮食与腹泻的关系。结果：病人腹泻前均使用头孢三代抗生素；高龄、长期卧床，基础病严重、鼻饲是抗生素相关性腹泻的高危因素。认为：合理使用抗生素、正确选择鼻饲液、及时发现、准确评估是预防老年卧床病人发生抗生素相关性腹泻的有力措施。发生抗生素相关性腹泻后，采取有效的隔离措施，加强腹部、肛周的皮肤护理是预防并发症的有效方法。
