　　党参30克，黄精30克，炙甘草10克。

　　用法：每日一剂，水煎分2次服。可连续应用。

　　党参20克，莲子15克，大枣10枚，糯米50克。

　　用法：先将糯米用水洗净，将药放水浸泡膨胀后捞出，与米同入锅中，加水适量煮烂，每日、晚各服一次，15天为一疗程。

　　甘草20克，桂枝40克，肉桂40克。

　　用法：将上药混合后，分3天，用开水冲泡当茶饮。
