　　笔者用单味黄芪治疗震颤麻痹病人服用美多巴或息宁等药引起的低血压19例,疗效显著,现介绍如下。

　　本组19例,男13例,女6例,年龄45～75岁,病程1～21年。方法:每日用黄芪10～15g,加水500ml,浸泡40分钟后煮沸,频频代茶饮,每日1剂。

　　例如王某,男,70岁。7年前无明显诱因出现右侧肢体不自主抖动,上肢重于下肢,静止时明显,睡眠时消失,诊为震颤麻痹,给予安坦2mg,每日3次。3年前左侧肢体也出现震颤,症状渐加重,加用美多巴1片,每日3次。震颤基本控制,但出现低血压,血压波动于10／7kPa左右,病人形体消瘦,面色FDAF白,舌质淡苔薄白,脉细,诊为中气不足,用黄芪15g,如上法服,血压逐渐回升至13／10kPa,且震颤症状亦较前好转。

　　震颤麻痹是一种常见的锥体外系疾病,西医用美多巴、安坦治疗效果虽可,但易并发严重低血压,临床治疗较为困难。震颤麻痹病人多因病久食纳欠佳,形体偏瘦,中气不足,用黄芪正好切中其病机。现代药理研究,黄芪可以增加心肌收缩力,使心率加快,心输出量增加,而达升血压之功。
