女人应该以家庭为主？这个多年前被大家所认同的观念，现在已出现转变。浦东妇联近日一项调查显示，64％的妇女反对“男性以社会为主，女人以家庭为主”。

　　一位姚女士在接受记者采访时说，她认为传统的女性应该在家打理事务的观念已经过时，她在一家外企当业务主管，丈夫则是一家小公司的职员，平时家庭琐事都是丈夫料理，但是他们夫妻感情非常好。持姚女士这样想法的女性大有人在。

　　而对于自己应该拥有的特质，近80％的女性选择独立自信、敢于竞争、开朗活泼，选择贤惠善良、善于持家、温柔体贴的还不足3％。

　　交大人文学院谢萍副教授认为，随着社会公平竞争的渗透，男女之间不再只是内和外的关系，而应是相互支撑的结合体。如今女性已不屑于取悦男性，甘当配角，而是努力以独立、好学的态度争取自身的发展。
