谢长廷十号到了台东，与原住民进行互动，在被问到他所涉及的弊案丑闻，谢长廷突然来个大翻供。谢长廷指他涉及的案件出现泄密的情形，因此质疑检调的公正，他更强调这跟马英九的特别费案很不一样。

按谢长廷的说法，就是他所涉及的高捷弊案和政治献金案，跟马英九的特别费案脱勾，只不过这两套标准势必会成为对手紧咬不放的关键。
