　　据来自国家工商总局的消息称：截止到目前，国家工商总局商标局已将69个奥林匹克标志进行了备案，包括“福娃”在内的7个特殊标志已经登记注册。北京2008年奥运会会徽、吉祥物等普通商标也已申请，目前正在审查过程中。

　　据介绍这69个奥林匹克备案标志包括：奥林匹克图案类标志，如奥林匹克五环图案标志、北京奥组委徽记等；文字类标志，如奥林匹克格言、北京奥运会口号等；专有名称类标志，如第29届奥林匹克运动会的名称等。此外，一些新的图形类的奥林匹克标志正在备案过程中。

　　已经登记的7个特殊标志分别是：“福娃”、“Ｆｒｉｅｎｄｌｉｅｓ”、“ＦＵＷＡ”字样、北京2008年奥运会文化活动标志、北京2008年奥运会环境标志、北京2008年奥运会志愿者标志、北京2008年残奥会会徽。此外，北京2008年残奥会吉祥物、火炬接力标志等目前正在办理登记手续。
