　　本报讯(记者杨滨)从2007年8月至2008年底，全国将开展保护奥林匹克标志专有权行动，实现对奥林匹克标志使用行为的全方位监管。北京被列为重点地区。

　　国家工商总局7月底向全系统印发了《保护奥林匹克标志专有权行动方案》，根据行动方案部署，各地将在2007年8月、2008年1月和2008年4月分别进行3次集中整治行动，在商品流通领域和商标印制领域全面检查奥林匹克标志使用情况，严厉打击非法使用奥林匹克标志、销售侵犯奥林匹克标志商品和非法印制奥林匹克标志的行为。D044
